This policy explains how Learning Without Limits Tuition ("we", "I") collects and uses personal information through this website. I am the data controller for the information you provide.
What I collect
When you send an enquiry I collect the details you give me — typically your name, email address, phone number, and anything you choose to tell me about your child (such as their first name, year group and learning needs). Please share only what you're comfortable with; a first name is plenty at this stage.
Children's information
Information about your child is provided by you as their parent or guardian and is used only to understand how I might help and to plan tuition. Information about a child's additional needs (SEND/SEMH) may be special-category data — I treat anything you share with extra care, use it only for tuition planning and delivery, and never share it without your consent unless required by law (for example, safeguarding obligations).
How I use it
- To respond to your enquiry and arrange a consultation
- To plan and deliver tuition tailored to your child
- To keep in touch with you about sessions and progress
The lawful bases are consent and legitimate interest in responding to and fulfilling enquiries. I do not use your information for marketing without asking, and I never sell it.
Who it's shared with
Only the service providers that keep this website and my email running (including Generative Solutions, who host this site). If you contact me through my Google enquiry form, Google processes that submission under its own terms. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address.
How long I keep it
Enquiry details are kept while we're in touch and for a reasonable period afterwards, then deleted. Tuition records are kept while your child is learning with me and for as long as legal and insurance obligations require.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your (or your child's) personal data, object to or restrict its processing, or request a copy. Email learningwithoutlimitstuition@gmail.com any time. You also have the right to complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
