Looking for small-group tuition in Havant or Portsmouth? My teacher-led maths and English groups offer children the opportunity to strengthen their skills, consolidate learning and build confidence in a supportive environment. With just 2–4 children per group, sessions combine targeted teaching, practical activities and engaging games to develop key skills across the primary curriculum. Children are grouped according to their age and learning needs, allowing me to adapt activities, provide individual support and ensure everyone can participate and make progress. Groups focus on specific areas of learning, from number fluency and times tables to reading, spelling and writing. Some programmes run over a structured series of weeks, with an initial assessment to identify starting points and guide the learning. It's an opportunity for children to learn alongside others while still benefiting from the expertise of a qualified primary teacher.
